Pastor Troy Evans, or PE, has led an extraordinary life journey. From a troubled past with gangs and a grand jury indictment, he escaped threats to his life by moving south from West Michigan, where he later faced mental and emotional breakdowns and even homelessness. His life took a transformative turn in Detroit, where he embraced faith, transitioned to an IT engineering career, and founded four churches. PE became a renowned national speaker and an expert in urban church planting, ministry, small business startups, and leadership development. He currently leads The EDGE, a multi-ethnic church focused on the Hip-hop Culture, and is the author of the widely-used book "EDGE of Redemption."

Santes Beatty is the Director of NextGen Multiplication and Discipleship for The Wesleyan Church World Headquarters and the Director of Regional Conferences and Curriculum for Mosaix Global Network.  He is also an Executive Coaching Consultant and Speaker for Second Chair Solutions and locally serves as a Student Pastor for One Church in High Point, NC. As a co-founder of Call and Response Ministries he has launched a new relational network called “Multiethnic While Black” which serves and equips leaders across the US and Canada. He has a shared history in predominately black as well as multiethnic spaces as a pastor, administrator and REI officer in both faith communities and university settings. Santes is a certified trainer and assessor of Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) and Unconscious Bias for the Cultural Intelligence Center and is a trusted voice on issues of reconciliation and how to close both generational and gospel gaps.

JEROME VIERLING
Pastor / Author / Artist

Pastor Jerome Vierling, married for nearly two decades with five children, experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus, leaving behind a past of drugs and darkness. He founded Soundsgood, a music missionary non-profit that's produced five projects and the Get Rooted curriculum.

In 2015, he established City Life Lansing, an inner-city church thriving for eight years, emphasizing sanctification and transformation. Jerome co-founded the Love the City movement, focusing on community service. Beyond his pastoral role, he's a hip-hop artist with the recent release of "ONE," embracing the significance of the number ONE. His favorite movie is "Tenet," and he's fond of its soundtrack.
